Everyone who helps to run the club are volunteers, so to make administration of teams as simple and effective as possible, we prefer that subs to the club are set up via standing order, either monthly or yearly.

If you have already set up a standing order for last season, could you please make sure that the childs name and age group are noted, so that the information is correct on the bank statement?

Other ways to pay

Alternatively, you can pay by taking the clubs banking information to the bank direct
and paying it straight into the account.

As a last resort, cash or cheques can be given to your childs team manager. If you do
this, please make sure that the money is placed in a sealed envelope with the childs
name, age group and amount on. These envelopes will be handed to me unopened.

Families with more than one child registered with MK City

For families who have more than one child registered for the club, the AGM has agreed the following rule for this years subs.
For the eldest child, you will still pay full monthly subs: applicable to the ‘section’ of the club they are in, i.e. Nursery £10.50 per month or Youth team £16.50 per month.
For any subsequent child /children the following subs will be due:
Nursery Teams - £8 per month
Youth Teams - £14 per month
We also charge a reduced rate for children that are unable to play football, but can train. This will be £7.50 per month.
Just to also advise, that at the club we have a policy of ‘No pay – No play’. If one months subs are missed the relevant manager will receive a letter from me to advise of this. If a second month is missed, a letter from the club secretary will be sent saying that you have 14 days to pay or your child will be removed from all training and matches until you are up to date.
I hope that the above gives you all of the information that you need to set up payment of subs for your child to play football for this season.
For information, subs are used to pay for hire of pitches, training facilities, referees (Youth Team), Christmas Parties, End of Season Presentations, football equipment and kit – we are currently renewing the kit for the entire club.
