Milton Keynes City would welcome your team's entry to our Annual six a side Tournament to be held at Kent 's Hill Playing Fields in Milton Keynes . This is one of the Premier Youth Football Events in the area. This year's tournament will be held over the weekend of 14 th & 15 th June 2008. We have our inaugural girls for u12 and u14 age group competitions this year and look forward to welcoming this new aspect to our tournament.

We aim for a minimum of seven games, in eight team "round robin" leagues and then on to the knockout stages. Play should start at 9am and conclude by about 1600hrs.

U7's and U8's will play "round robin" only and all will receive medals of participation.

Registration

Registration for morning sessions will be at 8.30am on the day with the first fixtures commencing at 9.00am.

Registration for the afternoon sessions will be at 12.30pm on the day with the first fixtures commencing at 1.00pm.

Please complete the attached form with the players details and hand it into the Registration Point as soon as you arrive. Squads can be a maximum of 10 players.

Travel and Car Parking

Kents Hill is in the south east of Milton Keynes and our venue is best reached via Frithwood Crescent , off the H9 Groveway, between the V10 Brickhill Street and V11 Tongwell Street . For those using the M1 Southbound, exit at Junction 14, follow signs for Milton Keynes off the slip road and turn left at the second roundabout onto Tongwell Street .

All cars will be directed to parking areas as marked on the map via Crowborough Lane and Frithwood Crescent . Please follow our signs and ensure vehicles are swiftly parked and any road congestion is kept to a minimum for the residents of Kents Hill.

PLEASE PARK IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS AND DO NOT PARK ON SURROUNDING ROADS. PLEASE SHOW CONSIDERATION TO THE LOCAL RESIDENTS. ANY OBSTRUCTIONS CAUSED BY VEHICLES WILL BE REMOVED BY THE POLICE.

Programmes

Admission to our tournament is by programme only. The cost is £2 per car, which will be collected as you park. Further programmes will be available from the Registration Point.

General Info

Our tournament is open to all teams up to and including under 16s, with under 7s and 8s being non competitive and each player receiving a memento. Under 9's to under 16's will be played in competitive groups with trophies for the winners and runners up.

The U7 to U10 age groups will be played either am or pm and teams will be limited to a maximum of 12.

All other age groups will be played throughout the day, U11 to U14 limited to a maximum of 16 teams. U15 and U16 limited to 8 teams. Entries will be strictly limited to two teams per club in each age group.

As well as a fantastic festival of football there will also be:

• Side Stalls

So that you are not disappointed we urge you to return your entries as soon as possible as we expect all places to be filled before the closing date.

Please fill in and return the enclosed application form if you wish to enter. All cheque's should be made payable to Milton Keynes City FC and posted to the address at the bottom of the entry form. Please note that no entries will be accepted without your County FA affiliation number and full payment.
